I have jaguar xk, I have gmc sierra 1500, I have volks routan and I have 2019 qx50 all to this day but this is the most I like to drive. So smooth. This is my everyday car. You want to race I'm in, You want to tow something you've got it. You want a family van you've got it. you want a luxury crossover this is the one for me. Before you critize this make sure you have owned several cars. Not just test drove it in the dealer but owned and drove the cars on a daily basis. Then you will know if your judgement is real.
I know it says to take premium, but could you put just a 87 octane and then maybe throw an octane booster in there. Would that be sufficient? because you’re right putting premium is expensive every time you fill it up!
no it isn't, the reliability is the reason. yeah because of cvt, ah no alot of Lexus vehicles have cvts. so no that's not the reason, Lexus is a division of Toyota and they've always had a strong reputation. Infiniti is a division of Nissan, and Nissan has never had a strong reputation. there cars were better in the past, when they had conventional automatics, but they still weren't great in terms of reliability. so that's why.
Comes with an aging infotainment system and the display and backup camera resolution is the worst. And that droning Jatco CVT transmission is definitely a deal breaker for me. At at $53,000 my money would be better spent on a Lexus or Acura.
If you donot like it, then why you are driving it and why you are degrading this vehicle.i have 2019 qx50 and in my opinion is one of the top vehicles.i took a test drive of Audi q5 and mercedes Glb ,but infinity to me is the best vehicle.

Love my 2019, so much so that I’m trading it in for a 2024 Sport this week.

Octane booster is supposed to do the trick.
They should of kept that 3.7 engine it like the other models.
how come the q50 has 7 speed but the qx50 has cvt…

No Thank You to CVT's. If a manufacturer switches to all CVT's, I buy another brand. Next.
