Once again, I am an eagle newbie at one of the nests that Lady Hawk has tempted me to follow. I know a little about Samson and Beau, but I'm rooting for my fellow newbie, 24E1! I agree with everything LH says in the description. I have a feeling that Gabby will have a hard time getting 24E1 off the eggies when they arrive. Good on him for bringing a feeesh gift to Gabby. Hoping for a great season for these two after the hardships they seem to have suffered in the past.

I agree E241 is brilliant and obviously more mature than Beau, i am also happy for Gabby as i think she will get what she has been craving for (the babies), it is just my heart renches for Beau. Beau put in all the hard work last season and although it didn't quite work out, he hard learned so much and i think he would have been perfect this season. This so exciting! 24E is handsome, and appears to have been inexperienced quite long ago, now a seasoned partner and probable babies' daddy to fledgers flying in their own skies of unknown location now. I wonder how old he is? Before maturity (theirs, not mine; my b4- maturity is long ago and oh so far away - anybody remember that song by The Carpenters?😊), it's fun to guess eagles' ages. At and after maturity, at least until they're elderly, their appearances don't reveal enough to identify age.. At least, not to us human aunties & uncles - they probably have identifying signs they interpret as easily as we do of our species, and likely more accurately 😅 Gabby's potential mate is a wise one, slipping away for a minute (literally!) to woo her with food, and wow is she woo'd, gobbling her gift quickly. I hope this is the moment that "seals the deal" and they become successful mates, fulfilled season after season reproducing their magnificent selves 🤞 💕 ♾️ 🙏🏽 Gabriella deserves it! Watching her lose Samson was heartbreaking, and this prospect is happy. Hopefully dear Beau is maturing with another partner, too.❤ At 14:25-14:26, Gabriella high-steps in the nest, a delightful blend of pickiness and care before flying😅 - hopefully this is the moment she's made her choice!❤❤ Thanks for this exciting video Ladyhawk, it's fabulous to see 24E's sweet laying in the nest after branch-placing to test its comfort for future eggies -hopefully his! It’s amazing how the courtship works. I remember some days ago, Gabby was the only one bring in sticks to her nest. Little by little 24E1 started and now the fish!!! What a romantic pair! May whey have their babies and we can accompany them in the journey ❤❤❤
