I ordered 15 pro max on Sept 26th and to my biggest surprise the phone was delivered in 4 hours. Impeccable experience. I understand few of my orders have been scammed by Flipkart but there is always an error ratio in every business .
Meine 4 saal pehle hi chor diya tha flipkart .. fake product bhej diya tha un logo ne. Flipkart Phone ke liye bahut popular hai but mei Phone bhi Amazon se hi leta hu, bhale waha mujhe 1K jada hi ku na dena pade😅.. Amazon ka service kabhi fake ni hota. Kuch time isme bhi galtiya hoti hai but Amazon ka support bahut ache se handle krta hai.

Actually what Flipkart is doing, they first using such discount drama and collects your money then use that amount for investing in overnight funds, then return back the original amount to customer after some days as refund, what they achieve a huge return out of others money.

I had ordered 5 books, after 3 days 2 books got cancelled by flipkart citing reason that the books are out of stock. When I checked, it was a lie, they were in stock, these 2 books that I had bought for 800/-, Were now priced at 3899/-
I called customer care and asked them to place the order of these 2 books again as I had bought the books at Midnight of Big billion sale, so it is impossible to go out of stock, and I bought as per your price quoted by you.
The executive said, he can't do anything, not only him, none of his seniors can do anything. I asked to compensate, give me refund and a coupon so I can get it for discounted price, to which he retorted that "if you buy the 2 books at 3899/- I will give 50 Rs discount."

I was stunned to see that same mixer grinder of USHA and kettle were selling there for lower price than Flipkart.😂 I bought it suddenly and cancelled the order.

order didn't get delivered due to mistake of the logistics partner as they marked themselves the order cancelled saying that I cancelled the order despite the fact that the day didn't even attempted to deliver the product at my registered address, thereafter Flipkart did not refund the service charge
I think I am not liable to pay the service charge if I am not getting the service at all because no delivery partner came to given address to deliver the product and yet marked it cancelled but still deducted 150 as service charge
