This worked!!!!!!!! i download the 200 plus car real traffic car mod the video showed it was a manual install but the download only had a oiv file and it broke the game with the above error so after doing this it not only fix the game but now the real traffic mod is working great.

If you install this in your online game your online game not work you need to delete this mods files then your online work
