I LOVE this! Thank you, Laurie, for simplifying the eyelets for me. I do have a question. . .do you have a recommended minimum rows between eyelet rows? I want to make a blanket with eyelets for my great niece Skylar (due to arrive in November). I have used so many of your patterns for family gifts and they LOVE them! Thank you so very much Laurie in advance.

You know, I am not exactly sure without making a sample. I’m thinking you could do every row as long as you stagger the eyelets. Like if you use an eyelet on pegs 1..3..5..7.etc… then on next row try doing an eyelet on pegs 2,4,6,8..etc…. It would be extremely holey but it may work. Otherwise you can have as many rows between eyelet rows that you want to. Maybe try a small sample using 10 pegs across and maybe 20 rows down and see what you think!

@lschue thank you. That is what I have done! I am actually working the baby blanket now, making the eyelets on every fourth row, every third peg. I will let you know how it turns out or if I scrap and try something different. Again, I can't thank you enough for simplifying the eyelet! Have a great day!!

How many rows apart did you knit the eyelets I am ordering the 200 peg loom and I think this would be a great blanket to make on it I didn't see this particular pattern on CinDwood looms website. Thank you for your response in advance

Some loomers do not like doing the bobbles… so if you don’t want to do the bobbles…just do purl stitches on that row instead of doing bobbles.
