That is nothing short of AMAZING!! NICE JOB!!! I recently did a Stormtrooper helmet, and Vader is next on my list! ....and I'd LOVE to not have to print the Vader light saber! ;-) I'd be cool to see how you designed the display case as well! The pop-up picture in your video looks very cool!

Nice. Tip of advice when spray painting- dont start or stop the spray on the object. This will help with keeping the paint even.

i printed the helmet the same as you and mine done exactly the same thing. i think it may be a issue with the way it was separated. good job mate..

Yes, it will work fine.
Can be done with any printer. The size of the printer will tell you in how many pieces you have to print it :)

You will need to cut the model up and print in sections.

Only If I cut the eye holes out with a dremel and replace with lens. I just use it as a desplay piece.
Please make it like a timelapse and not the entire slow process
