Honestly, it's like GUP for ships. Essentially, all of the characters in this series are in training to be essentially UN peacekeepers after the sea levels rose worldwide. The entire plot revolves around an understandable failure to communicate among the chain of command, as electronics tech mysteriously shorts out on various ships at random.

Practice torpedoes if I have the story right.
Maverick_CIV he meant U-406- who suffered a failure on launch twice
Its because they we're going to fast to launch torpedos. When a Submarine is going too fast it jams the launch port.
The Exe is removed by the Windows.
Luckily they were facing a ssn and not a snbn. One launch from a snbn and say goodbye to you CAG.
