Just ran into this problem on the AC side after 6 years of using it. This is super helpful, thank you. Does feel like a bad manufacturing issue, though…
Thank you for this video. The leaking from the A-C side comes out of the top instead of seal and prevents my cooker from building measurable pressure. Any ideas?
I have noticed when I have pressure constantly coming from AC side I need to adjust my temp 🔥. Most times it entirely too high. Same with a lot of steam coming from vent. Adjust the heat slowly. Don't adjust to fast, don't want to disrupt that intense pressure that has built in the canner too fast.
I am going through the cleaning process and mine is steaming out of the hole on the ac side and then starts to drip. It tells us to put it on high to begin with. Not a good start.
@@thasfunThank you for replying. I tried that and it leaked in other areas. I would take it down bit by bit. I have taken it apart five or six times, cleaned the lid and gasket and it still leaks. Why does the cleaning cycle start on 1? You would think it would start on steam then go to one. I haven't been able to get steam out of the side that is supposed to steam.
Wow!!! That was it! I turned down my heat and the pressure started building! Thank you thank you ❤🎉
Awesome!!!! I'm glad I could help. Happy Canning 🥰

You are so welcome! I'm glad this video could help. Happy Canning 🥰
Thanks for saving the day again. This helped so much. I think I have the heat turned up too high too fast. This reduced the water drip.
Awesome 🥰 Happy Canning

Valve on ac side will not pop up

Just back the temp down slowly and the leak should stop.
