Just bought this for my son for Christmas. We went to guitar center and demo’d every piano and keyboard in there and this was the one he picked. Instantly fell in love with it. It has a beautiful sound and feel. I’m totally happy with this purchase. I’m also a music producer, so I’m not oblivious to keyboards and pianos. I think it’s safe to say that you cannot go wrong with this piano.
I have upgraded from my beloved KORG B2 to a Kawai KDP-120 and it might be the worst mistake that I have ever made. Besides the rich and beautiful sound, the KORG B2 is functional when its USB connection supports both MIDI and Audio, which means you can simply plug the headphones in and the sound from the piano and the apps on your tablets/phones/computer play at the same time. It may sound simple, but my Kawai piano does not support that although its price was almost tripled compared to the KORG one, and I am so so disappointed. I wish that I had never sold my KORG B2, it was a really great keyboard.
Get a new one again
On stage this sounds great, along with a band you wouldn’t know the difference between that and a much more expensive keyboard
I have just purchased the Korg B2, awaiting delivery. I think the first two instruments sound really beautiful for the price and the quality of the key strokes sounds very positive.
A new worthy contender in this price range! I'd love to hear it compared to its peers in this price range.
I’m getting back into my practice so this is perfect for me. I’m going with the B2SP though, I need all three pedals.
This video came at the right time for me !
Literally bought it off the back of this !
Hello! Lovely and comprehensive video! It really helps beginners like ne narrow and down their choices! I was wondering how the korg b2 handles fast note repetition.. I've scoured the internet but couldn't find anything about it...
I just enjoy your videos.
We appreciate it!
Unfortunately we don't get to know how how the treble notes of the last couple of octaves sound....So it's a good idea to test the keyboard at a music store before purchase..
Here in France, the price of the K2 Black is 389 euros(430 USD),must cheaper than in the States...
How do I get a fuller sound from the speakers and also pump up the volume just in the left hand/bass?
I’ll need to compare this to the Kawaii ES110 or the Yamaha. Great to listen to you playing it. Cheers. 👍
I will either choose Es 110, or get Roland FP10
@@adamlee9699 same but why is that? Would you say the Kawai ES520 is worth double the price for the Kawai ES110?
Very nice digital piano but for home use only no L/R outputs on back for a keyboard amp wish these people who demo these keyboards explain that
Hello, im motivated to learn the piano and how to read music/ notes, my genre i want to learn playing for is mostly the good old classics everyone knows,
I dont wanna buy a new one again quick so it should last at least 3 years
I also want it to sound as good as possible for the buck, to stay motivated
I am currently chosing between
yamaha p45, p 125
Or roland fp10, fp30x
Those are the main ones that caught my eye, just from name and sympathy alone i sympathize with the roland more
Sound is just different, i cant say whats "better"...
What would be your honest recommendation to a friend from sound+longjevety bang for buck perspective?
Do you recommend korg 2 over them genuinely?
🙏🎶7
Hello in want to ask about key feels is it like heave to press or feels more natural its inportent for me because I have my right hand nerve damage . use to be a pianist and want to try to back to play.thanks in advance. P.S had korg 250. And kinda love the sound
Hi, have you heard of narrow keys?
Sounds a little „artificial“ to me on some chords. Might still be interesting to compare with the Kawai ES-110 and the Yamaha P45 and P125. Personally, I feel the quality of the sound engine is more important than the wattage but it depends on the purpose of course.
Remember that RUclips plays so much with the quality aspect, that you can't really appreciate sound over a video like that.
Beautifu; sound,I am interested. I live in Prescott,AZ
which do u suggest between YAMAHA P45 and this one?
korg B2, easy
Does Korg B2 has ivory texture?
NO
Are the key weight graded ?
Yes
The watt rating of the speakers means nothing, in terms of amplification power.
What you recommend between korg b2, Casio pxs1000, and the Roland FP 10? Looking forward to play classical music. In my country, the Roland is the most expensive, pxs1000 is 30-40 dollars cheaper, and korg b2 is the cheapest at around 90 dollars less than the Roland.
Roland FP 10
tonnes of opinions of a hissing sound - white noise in the background, hardly audible at first, annoying in the long run. can anyone confirm?
Hi. Korg b2 or kurwail ka90?
Korg B2 is better sounding
@@devanshsoni8622 lol, i buy that! Thanks
People need to hear the Kawai NV10 if they want a realistic piano sound instrument
stupid comparison, you can get like 20 korgs in the price of one Kawai
@@diom00 Another keyboard warrior telling people off because they think they can. There is no need to use the word "stupid" or be mean. It's a comment like all others to say hey maybe you can check this one out too. "In a world where you can be anything, be kind"
@@DanielPMBA it's not really kind to suggest a digital piano that costs 10 grand tho
@@diom00 People compare things, sound, price, action, am I the first? And somehow you think because you disagree you can call people "stupid"? Mmmm. I can't change you, do whatever you want. But if you had a bad day or need to unleash some negative energy on others to make you feel better, then I feel sorry for you to have to do that without other means. Enjoy your day and hope you feel better soon.
The D1 is made in China. What about the Korg B2? I suspect it's China as well. I need a keyboard that inspired me to learn to play. Having another Chinese made product is, for me, less inspiring than something made in Japan, Sweden, USA or South Korea.
Made in Japan, my B2 is
Just bought this piece of sh*t. The disgusting white noise is coming from the line in, i am 99% sure about it, because the noise itself is constant, no metter the volume, and secondly, when you play some music via line in, the volume of the music stays constant even if the volume control on the instrument itself is at the minimum. So there is practicaly no control over line in volume, it is always at maximum and that' where the white noise comes from. If someone can figure out how to reduce it (and not affect the warranty), it would be great.
The other issue is the stand. A piece of cheap cr*p, so it looks and so it holds the instrument. The stand shakes and sways plus the instrument bends when playing forte on middle notes. I paid 600usd for KorgB2SP (the key reason for buying was that it's the cheapest instrument with 5-years warranty) and it's very likely that i will return it and buy some cheap sh*t like William Wagner with 2 years of warranty for about 280 usd
La verdad suena muy feo, o faltó interpretación, se sentía muy plano, sin matices, que pena xq probablemente sea un buen piano pero no lo lucieron.
Who the heck pronounces it 'pi-ah-nist'. It's 'pi-ah-no' but 'pi-uh-nist'.
