Until March, a tourist train ran from Ikebukuro in Tokyo. That is the video for this time.
There is a town called Chichibu in Saitama. Direct trains run through here in most urban areas, and in the mountains in the fall foliage.
Many trains still run to Chichibu, but all have become "express trains". For this reason, we will post the "rapid express" of this video as a memory.

西武鉄道とJRの間に連絡線はありますか？

Yes there is two. One of them is on the Seibu Ikebukuro line, between Akitsu and Tokorozawa, with the JR Musashino line and the other one is on the Seibu Tamagawa line at Musashi-Sakai station with the JR Chuo Rapid line.
