A spiritual person can become addicted to spiritual highs and miss the experience of Truth. Spiritual addiction occurs when something great happens and it feels as if you have received a hit of a great drug. As soon as you have it, you want more. There is no drug more potent than spiritual experience. The intellectual component of this addiction is the belief that if you just had enough of these experiences, you would feel great all the time. It's like morphine. You get a hit of it in the hospital because you break your arm, and you think, "If I had a little drip going all the time, life would be relatively pleasant no matter what happens." Spiritual experiences often become like this, and the mind puts them into its familiar pattern, thinking, "If I had this experience all the time, that would be freedom."

Hello, everyone!. This is beautiful music and excellent for Zen meditation. These pictures are beautiful, too, well done. Secrets of Zen? Well, there are many, but may I share one with you all--and that is, thought; and here's the secret if I may: Universal energy and "your" vibrational frequency. Guard well your "in flow" of universal energy from the universal Mind and your "out flow" vibrational frequency back into the cosmos or universal Mind. Our energy determines our advancement along the Path of Enlightenment, and our vibration determines our ascending position up the Scale of Life and Being; the greater the vibration, the greater the position up the scale or closer we are to the center, or closer we are to the Mind of GOD. The laws of thought are the laws of the universe: laws of mentalism, correspondence, vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect and gender. Amazing! The work and operation of the laws are very much a non-physical process (meditation) and the power that operates back of and behind the laws are Spirit. It is the law of correspondence which will allow you to penetrate the secret of secrets. So If you are keyed low, mentally rise to a higher plane. Mentally raise your vibrational frequency through thought and meditation. The universe operates on firmly established laws, not on personal or religious beliefs. This is great knowledge! You can polarize (go in one direction) yourself upon a desirable position along the Path or ascending Scale of life by mentally moving to a higher plane of thought. In meditation, harmonize with the universal Mind of GOD, be in agreement, be at peace, be at one, be in unity. Let there be no division in thought with the mental Mind of GOD, believe what you believe, and know what you know. Inwardly, receive that universal energy and then outwardly vibrate that energy back into the cosmos, accordingly. Peace be unto you and to all men.
