I would like to ask you a question about temporary residence permit in Germany. I have residence permit in Poland, vaild till June 15. If i apply for work residence in Germany, in the mean while in Berlin It's 3 months queue for interview & finger print. In this process, i am pretty sure that My polish residence will be expired.
In this circumstances, will my stay legal in Germany? & if yes, may i apply for Fiktionsbescheinigung?
      Thank you!

@@SAMIUL62 that depends on your purpose of stay in Germany. If it’s for a job, then you should be able to apply for a job visa. Your residence in Poland is just temporary hence you can’t just move from place to another. I am afraid that you’ll be in trouble if you’ll be in Germany without a valid document.
You better consult the German embassy in Poland for you options.

    I have a question.
I have lived in Germany before, for 2 years working for a foreign company. On the residence permit application form, there’s a section where I have to give information on my previous stays in Germany and the addresses where I lived.
My question is would my previous stay in Germany affect my current application for the residence permit.
    Thanks in advance!!

We already went to the city hall and he registered me there successfully and already sent our application to the Munich Immigration office for the residence permit but we were informed it'll take up to 8 weeks to get an appointment and my spouse visa expires in August 2nd. We were informed that long as we already submitted the app then i'm legally staying here in germany. My question po, can i apply for the fiction certificate that allows me to travel within europe or outside germany? And any recommendations po for taking language course here in munich. Vielen dank

Then these need to be proven through documents na kailangang isubmit sa Foreigner's office :)

Just to add info especially to newly arrived nurses. It would be better if you can stay with your employer at least 2 years before you move to another workplace that is if u wish to transfer, because once you reach 2 years, the "Anmerkungen" in your aufenthaltstitel, you will already be given "Beschäftigung Erlaubt". That means to say you are legally free to transfer to another employer and a 4 years validity.
Some nurses were not given "Beschäftigung Erlaubt" because they transfer less than 2 years, so u need to go back from the start of the next employer to stay until 2 years. The previous stay with your first employer is no longer counted in the Ausländerbehörde.
