So brave of you to come out and reveal the toxic work conditions at QA. More people need to know about how poorly the staff are treated behind the scenes. Huge respect to you and your fellow colleagues and I hope you have a bright happy future ahead.

Parmeet…if you have not gone for counselling for PTSD….please do so immediately. PTSD remains in your body, mind, heart & soul if you do not seek specialized therapy with a therapist that specializes is PTSD. It is critical for your recovery. You are a lovely young woman…please get help if you have not.

I believe you took correct steps, and my respect for you increased multifold. You are a nice person and, despite being full of emotions, you stayed calm and patiently explained most of the things with care and clarity ; it's not so easy to speak when the heart is already feeling the pain and is trying to control emotions. Freshers will definitely find this video useful and be thankful to you.
If something is consistently challenging and pushing your physical and mental health to extreme extent and that too with irrational or insensitive motives, it is wise to bring justice to our peace of mind.
Yes, never take health for granted. Also, if i may, i would like to say about staying awake in night time. It is a bad habit and exhibits visible disadvantages. Also, drinking coffee before sleeping is bad. The light emitted by the laptop / phone screen operating in low light conditions affects the sleep quality.
Good quality sleep is achievable in night time because of quiet environment and darkness ( no light = comfort for eyes and brain ).
Example : Try to sleep at 11 p.m. and wake up at 5 a.m., or whenever you feel comfortable to wake up. You prepare your own routine based on your schedule.
Try not to break this sleep cycle because it is associated with overall health. It helps to keep the brain energetic, focused, and ready to function with good efficiency. You will see the changes.
[ My routine for reference purposes : I try to sleep around 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. and almost always wake up at 3 a.m. or 4 a.m. I prepare and have breakfast at 8 a.m., and eat lunch at 1 p.m.
If required, i take a power nap in afternoon time. Sometimes i drink tea at 4 p.m. or 5 p.m.
    I don't eat food after 6 p.m.
Try this routine, and see whether you feel better or not. 😀 ]
You are a hardworking, multi-talented and experienced person, so, naturally, good things will happen. Never feel weak. You are a brave and amazing human being. 😊
Wishing you a very happy, peaceful, and phenomenal new week ahead ! 🙌☺️🕊️✨

What difference does it make if they are changing their rules if they continue to promote supervisors & superiors who are clearly abusive personalities.
It is more than I clear to me this airline & others from this area are more than aware of the abuse that goes on and have no intention of correcting it unless they are forced to and I doubt there is a willingness to do that.
It appears these airlines are aware there are thousands lining up to replace these abused employees. It appears they have a formula that works for them.
This young woman is suffering from PTSD and needs therapy to recover. It is critical she gets therapy for her full recovery.

I have applied few times for Qatar and Emirates years back. All I get is rejections back then I was devastated but hearing their crew horror stories I feel Im lucky I work for one of other big airlines. When I hop on any Qatar or Emirates flights all I see is robots conducting jobs without any uplifting spirits. And when I have a chat with onboard crew and they find out the airline I work for they say oh we wish to work for it or any other western airlines where they can be themselves. I would never consider working for them anymore. Mind you I like their luxurious products and service
