After watching this and other videos of Isaiah you quickly recognize his ability to play effortlessly across different genres of music. What I enjoy most is that his tone and runs are also genre appropriate. Well done.
@@thammy_ndlovu there are live performances where musicians make the odd slip up. And there is incompetence. This song is like nursery rhymes for any blues based guitarist. You can't be slipping up THAT much and blaming it on the performance being live. This is the problem with many so called musicians who do really well inside the studio but as they say, the proof of the pudding and all that.
I’ve seen him on tour with John Mayer and Brian McKnight and he pretty much kills it. He obviously gets called for pretty good gigs. He probably got to the level he’s at by playing insane fearless stuff and since he’s at that level he probably doesn’t care about a mistake here or there. It’s like a qb throwing an incomplete pass. Nobody really worries if they are truly great. They know the money notes are there.
Thank you for keeping this song alive after 5 decades since it was written and first recorded. You all did a fabulous performance!
