No momento atual dos jogos, fica claro que o termo Remaster de certa forma está sendo vulgarizado. As diferenças visuais são tão pequenas nessa nova versão, que eles poderiam lançar apenas um update, e não relançar um jogo que é mais do mesmo.
Acho que o título de "remaster" se dá por conta do conteúdo bônus que eles adicionaram, mesmo que a melhora gráfica não tenha sido gigantesca. Eles precisavam achar uma forma de vender isso.

I am a fan of Sony, and I will tell you that this remaster is a big lie. Literally, there are no differences or improvements between the versions except the resolution. There is no improvement in lighting. There is no improvement in the level of detail and its depth. There is no improvement in the density of the environment. Unfortunately, Sony has recently become one of the greediest companies and no longer cares about the quality of its games or the players as it was in the past.

Yo ya tenía la versión de ps4 y compré la actualización y SÍ vale completamente la pena. El juego se ve increíble y se juega mucho mejor, es una maravilla técnica lo que hicieron con esta nueva versión 👏

This only points out to me how incredible the Ps4 pro was. Additionally, how Naughty Dog managed to make a game look this amazing on decade old hardware...I bought the ps5 upgrade. I never noticed how the ps4 pro version was 30fps locked. Trying to play in fidelity mode on ps5 feels completely unplayable. It was definitely a smoother 30fps on ps4 consoles. Had to be, cause I never noticed it.

Se notan unas mejoras visuales si tienes buen ojo, pero a simple vista no se nota casi nada mas alla de la vegetación y los edificios. El precio normal es grosero y el crossbuy de paga es extraño, se nota que Naughty Dog andaban frustrados después de la cancelación del modo multijugador

Yo he quedado encantado con el update, se nota bastante la mejora gráfica hablando de resolución y nitidez y si la versión original ya era una bestia técnica con esta versión la mejoraron bastante 👏🔥

I don't get the ones saying nothing changed blabla... They changed exactly what I hoped to be changed: Better fidelity all around (vegetation etc), better draw distance, better reflections, better physics. Plus VRR mode, faster loading and Dualsense support. Plus additional content with a new game mode. I'm more than happy to get all that for 10 Euro
The changes are minimal. Yes, having less pop-in and better draw distance is nice but hardly worth paying the extra 10 bucks for. The reflections are still screen space, not ray traced and whilst they look good on their own, some don't even match up. The resolution is still exactly the same in performance mode as it is on the PS4 version. The only thing worth upgrading for is the extra content which is meant to be quite short anyway. They also could have added a co-op mode for No Return but Sony doesn't like multiplayer for some reason.

The game already looked amazing but all the stuff they now fixed was the stuff hampering the game on last gen to look as clean and high fidelity as I wished it would. On a 65'' OLED screen it will be a massive difference especially when looking down the road and in the distance, cause this has been a blurry mess on ps4 And that u can't see the value in the additional content is your thing, I think it's amazing
@@snakeeater4042 I also have a 65" C1 OLED funnily enough lol. I've played through the game twice on the PS5 and honestly didn't notice any "blurry mess", in fact it still holds up well. You can even see in this video that the draw distance was fine, at least on the PS4 Pro version. The base PS4 version looks blurry but that's because it's an 11-year old console that maxes out at 1080p. I think the only reason they brought out this remaster (besides making a quick buck), is because Naughty Dog are perfectionists and wanted the same graphical fidelity as TLOU Part 1.
@cun7us Yeah, I agree with your last sentence, I'm really glad they did. Of cause blurry mess is an exaggeration, but the pop-in on ps4 pro is massive and the anisotropic filtering is really bad. Maybe you're just not as sensitive to these things as I am, but for me the consistent picture u now get cause of the points mentioned in my first post are a big and well needed upgrade. Always playing in 40fps mode when available btw
Performance mode with the original version was 1440p @60fps on the PS5.. and it appears its the same for the Remastered? You said the difference is anecdotal. I dont have VRR and I dont want to play at 30fps. Graphic-wise is it best I just skip the upgrade then? Are the draw distances, reflections, etc. at least upgraded on Performance mode?

Eso es porque box no tiene "actualizaciones gratuitas" por que usa el mismo sistema de operacion desde el 2001 solo mas avanzado, en otras palabras el sistema "engaña" la consola para que piensa que juega video juegos de esta generacion y asi nativamente sube la resolucion y graficas El PlayStation 5 no tiene eso construido adentro de el sistema y asi que lo que ofrecen es muy diferente
La verdad TLOU 2 fue bastante generoso con la comunidad, por que el precio estándar es de 50 euros que son 10 euros más que el precio original de PS4 e incluso si ya tenias el juego pues solo tienes que pagar 10 dolares por el contenido nuevo que trae: - nuevo modo de juego "NO RETURN" - modo de guitarra libre - 3 niveles perdidos agregados - skins para Ellie y Abby Lo cual yo creo que no es como para quejarse, aunque estoy de acuerdo que naugthy dog deberia dar noticias de TLOU III o su nueva ip y no solo dar noticias de remakes y remasters

Se colocar a versão de PS4 rodando no PS5, fica 99% igual. O PS5 upscala a 4k e deixa melhor que no PS4 PRO. É uma opinião muito pessoal se vale a pena ou não. Mas a versão de PS4 rodando no PS5, inclusive a 60 quadros, é muito linda por si só. Pra quem NUNCA jogou, espera uma promoção e pega a versão de PS5 mesmo. Pra quem já jogou, platinou, sambou pra lá e pra cá, fica difícil pagar 50 pila em um upgrade quase zero, por conta de um modo infinito, missões apenas para ver cenários extras e instrumentos pra tocar. No, PS4 version running on PS5 is EXACTLY the same except for 60fps, same 1440p resolution, same textures, same draw distance, same everything. The only other difference for TLOP2 (2020) running on a PS4 vs PS5 is possibly the loading times, that’s it.
fidelity with VRR has been my way to play this game. It feels a lot smoother and more responsive than just the standard fidelity/30fps mode. Plus, I get the benefit of greater draw distances, higher LODs and a sharper image.

Eu acho que pedimos tanto para que um game marcante volte e quando ele retorna criticamos e eu acho até certo ponto norma, mas existem pessoas que estão migrando para nova geração e outros que nunca jogaram o game e vão poder pegar a melhor versão possível do game. Eu acho que remaster é uma excelente escolha para quem gosta do game original e migrou para a nova geração e pode desfrutar novamente do game com algumas mudanças de conteúdo e tecnologia que são claras e também uma excelente pedida pra quem nunca jogou o game. Se tratando de TLOUS a única certeza que temos é que não vamos se arrepender. Joguei a versão no Playstation 4 base, e com toda certeza vou jogar o remaster no Playstation 5 porque o público que gostou do game com toda certeza vai adquirir de alguma forma hoje ou depois de um tempo porque games como este são únicos. Sobre valores, concordo totalmente que não devemos pagar preço cheio se já temos nossa cópia seja física ou digital mas cobrar um valor a novos players não vejo problema algum porque se pararmos para pensar nos também já fomos esses novos players e pagamos por está obra. Ansioso para jogar novamente.

Si, salvo por las funciones del dualsense y los modos nuevos, como el de practicar con la guitarra y el no return, por lo demás es prácticamente lo mismo si juegas en modo rendimiento. Ya cada uno valora si vale 10€ esas mejoras.
As an owner of both versions, I tell you that perhaps you cannot notice the differences from a phone. But from my TV I notice the differences and they are there. The graphical improvements are there. Obviously for those who expected something like the last of part 1 remake is crazy. The last of us part 2 already on Ps4 had beautiful graphics. But now she is even more beautiful. Cuando compre el PS5 un amigo me iba prestar el remaster la parte 1, en aquel momento salió el supuesto remake de la parte 1, compare ambos juegos y el ramake el literal el mismo juego, osea no cambio la historia, los diálogos ósea nada entonces no iba gastar 70 dólares cuando me estaban prestando el remaster, luego me prestaron la parte 2, mi amigo que tenía el PS4 se quedó asombrado de como se ve la parte 2 en el PS5 en 2022, visto este video no es verdad que voy a darle dinero a naughty dog por pequeñas mejoras, cuando otros estudios que no recurren a estas practicas dan mayor contenido.
Los remake no cambian la historia ni los diálogos, no se que decís. Vos estás confundiendo términos. Lo que hace un remake, es mejorar los gráficos y otros ciertos aspectos, nada más. Instead of upgrading from a PS4 Pro to a PS5 I just got a 43" UHD HDR TV. I had a broken 1080p TV, and a 720p TV so I wasn't gonna enjoy a PS5 anyhow. I've got around 24 game's, most of which I haven't even played yet

No momento atual dos jogos, fica claro que o termo Remaster de certa forma está sendo vulgarizado. As diferenças visuais são tão pequenas nessa nova versão, que eles poderiam lançar apenas um update, e não relançar um jogo que é mais do mesmo.

Yo ya tenía la versión de ps4 y compré la actualización y SÍ vale completamente la pena. El juego se ve increíble y se juega mucho mejor, es una maravilla técnica lo que hicieron con esta nueva versión 👏

This only points out to me how incredible the Ps4 pro was. Additionally, how Naughty Dog managed to make a game look this amazing on decade old hardware...I bought the ps5 upgrade. I never noticed how the ps4 pro version was 30fps locked. Trying to play in fidelity mode on ps5 feels completely unplayable. It was definitely a smoother 30fps on ps4 consoles. Had to be, cause I never noticed it.

They changed exactly what I hoped to be changed: Better fidelity all around (vegetation etc), better draw distance, better reflections, better physics.
Plus VRR mode, faster loading and Dualsense support.
Plus additional content with a new game mode.
I'm more than happy to get all that for 10 Euro
The changes are minimal. Yes, having less pop-in and better draw distance is nice but hardly worth paying the extra 10 bucks for. The reflections are still screen space, not ray traced and whilst they look good on their own, some don't even match up. The resolution is still exactly the same in performance mode as it is on the PS4 version. The only thing worth upgrading for is the extra content which is meant to be quite short anyway. They also could have added a co-op mode for No Return but Sony doesn't like multiplayer for some reason.

The game already looked amazing but all the stuff they now fixed was the stuff hampering the game on last gen to look as clean and high fidelity as I wished it would.
On a 65'' OLED screen it will be a massive difference especially when looking down the road and in the distance, cause this has been a blurry mess on ps4

@@snakeeater4042 I also have a 65" C1 OLED funnily enough lol. I've played through the game twice on the PS5 and honestly didn't notice any "blurry mess", in fact it still holds up well. You can even see in this video that the draw distance was fine, at least on the PS4 Pro version. The base PS4 version looks blurry but that's because it's an 11-year old console that maxes out at 1080p.
I think the only reason they brought out this remaster (besides making a quick buck), is because Naughty Dog are perfectionists and wanted the same graphical fidelity as TLOU Part 1.

Of cause blurry mess is an exaggeration, but the pop-in on ps4 pro is massive and the anisotropic filtering is really bad.
Maybe you're just not as sensitive to these things as I am, but for me the consistent picture u now get cause of the points mentioned in my first post are a big and well needed upgrade.

Performance mode with the original version was 1440p @60fps on the PS5.. and it appears its the same for the Remastered? You said the difference is anecdotal. I dont have VRR and I dont want to play at 30fps. Graphic-wise is it best I just skip the upgrade then? Are the draw distances, reflections, etc. at least upgraded on Performance mode?
La gente crítica mucho a Xbox pero no veo a nadie quejándose de que Sony te cobra hasta por respirar cerca de la ps5. Si estornudas cerca de la ps5, se abre la psn store y te cobra 5$.

Eso es porque box no tiene "actualizaciones gratuitas" por que usa el mismo sistema de operacion desde el 2001 solo mas avanzado, en otras palabras el sistema "engaña" la consola para que piensa que juega video juegos de esta generacion y asi nativamente sube la resolucion y graficas
El PlayStation 5 no tiene eso construido adentro de el sistema y asi que lo que ofrecen es muy diferente
La verdad TLOU 2 fue bastante generoso con la comunidad, por que el precio estándar es de 50 euros que son 10 euros más que el precio original de PS4 e incluso si ya tenias el juego pues solo tienes que pagar 10 dolares por el contenido nuevo que trae:
- nuevo modo de juego "NO RETURN"
- modo de guitarra libre
- 3 niveles perdidos agregados
- skins para Ellie y Abby
Lo cual yo creo que no es como para quejarse, aunque estoy de acuerdo que naugthy dog deberia dar noticias de TLOU III o su nueva ip y no solo dar noticias de remakes y remasters

No, PS4 version running on PS5 is EXACTLY the same except for 60fps, same 1440p resolution, same textures, same draw distance, same everything. The only other difference for TLOP2 (2020) running on a PS4 vs PS5 is possibly the loading times, that’s it.

fidelity with VRR has been my way to play this game. It feels a lot smoother and more responsive than just the standard fidelity/30fps mode. Plus, I get the benefit of greater draw distances, higher LODs and a sharper image.

Eu acho que pedimos tanto para que um game marcante volte e quando ele retorna criticamos e eu acho até certo ponto norma, mas existem pessoas que estão migrando para nova geração e outros que nunca jogaram o game e vão poder pegar a melhor versão possível do game. Eu acho que remaster é uma excelente escolha para quem gosta do game original e migrou para a nova geração e pode desfrutar novamente do game com algumas mudanças de conteúdo e tecnologia que são claras e também uma excelente pedida pra quem nunca jogou o game. Se tratando de TLOUS a única certeza que temos é que não vamos se arrepender. Joguei a versão no Playstation 4 base, e com toda certeza vou jogar o remaster no Playstation 5 porque o público que gostou do game com toda certeza vai adquirir de alguma forma hoje ou depois de um tempo porque games como este são únicos. Sobre valores, concordo totalmente que não devemos pagar preço cheio se já temos nossa cópia seja física ou digital mas cobrar um valor a novos players não vejo problema algum porque se pararmos para pensar nos também já fomos esses novos players e pagamos por está obra. Ansioso para jogar novamente.

Si, salvo por las funciones del dualsense y los modos nuevos, como el de practicar con la guitarra y el no return, por lo demás es prácticamente lo mismo si juegas en modo rendimiento. Ya cada uno valora si vale 10€ esas mejoras.

Cuando compre el PS5 un amigo me iba prestar el remaster la parte 1, en aquel momento salió el supuesto remake de la parte 1, compare ambos juegos y el ramake el literal el mismo juego, osea no cambio la historia, los diálogos ósea nada entonces no iba gastar 70 dólares cuando me estaban prestando el remaster, luego me prestaron la parte 2, mi amigo que tenía el PS4 se quedó asombrado de como se ve la parte 2 en el PS5 en 2022, visto este video no es verdad que voy a darle dinero a naughty dog por pequeñas mejoras, cuando otros estudios que no recurren a estas practicas dan mayor contenido.
Los remake no cambian la historia ni los diálogos, no se que decís. Vos estás confundiendo términos. Lo que hace un remake, es mejorar los gráficos y otros ciertos aspectos, nada más. Instead of upgrading from a PS4 Pro to a PS5 I just got a 43" UHD HDR TV. I had a broken 1080p TV, and a 720p TV so I wasn't gonna enjoy a PS5 anyhow. I've got around 24 game's, most of which I haven't even played yet

Poor comparison, its pointless if you dont compare the 60fps ps4 pro version running on ps5 via BC.
