Pine needle tea is good for you, just make sure it is the correct pine needle. In the USA, there are a few pine trees you should not use as they may be toxic.
I have been a coffee drinker for years and disliked tea. Still, you convinced me. I finally went out and bought matcha. I have delayed trying it but will soon do so. Meanwhile, stay positive. Your videos are wonderful.
We freezer baby pine sprouts in the spring and use them in our smoothies all summer and fall long. They run out by winter, but they are very good for the immune system and digestive system 🙂 Glad to see them used in other countries.
I thank Aki for useful lifehacks. Maybe, the next video, *Questions and Answers*? The first question. Are Aki going to return to his previous profession? (the teacher) He teach us with great interest!
Pine leaves drink is new to me! I'm amazed a lot of commentators are familiar with it... We have at least two kinds of pine trees out side, so i'm hesitant to try it😅 (the most common ones i think are standard pines, but what if it's the wrong kind)
I actually used to make that Pine Needle drink a lot back then, hoping it would help with my high blood pressure. I even prepared it exactly like Aki did in the video. Unfortunately, one of my neighbors-classic Germany-kept watching me cut needles from the tree and reported me to the police, thinking I was brewing drugs. In the end, though, the officers took it with humor and were a bit puzzled as to why I would want to drink pine needles at all.
I drink matcha each and every morning just after waking up at 5 a.m. and before engaging in pranayama and vinyasa yoga exercises until 7 a.m. I always add some lemon juice, for it has a catalytic effect on the absorption of all the good stuff present in the powdered tea leaves. Green tea is also consumed in the afternoon, usually 2 cups, the first one just after having had the daily miso soup with powdered seaweed and shiitake, in which sometimes natto is also added. It is a really tasty combination, BTW, but miso and natto must be added only when the soup has cooled down (so to say) to 60-70 degrees Celsius. But I'm just hoping that I won't have such a very long life, 55-60 would be really enough. It is extremely rare for people above a certain advanced age to be able to do yoga and to fully care for themselves, so no matter how healthy one is, it just lacks any practical sense to cling so very much to a life that becomes increasingly difficult to live normally given the impairments brought on by natural aging, no matter how painstaking measures one takes to try to remain fit through foods, drinks or anything else. Better to pass away relatively healthy and fit than tied to a chair or a bed. Well at least for those of us who just love twisting in different yoga asanas and can't stop doing it every day, for in time it becomes a fundamental part of active life.
Oh my goodness! I have to try some of these, but alas, I don't have a way to heat water with fire! But I had my matcha this morning and guess who got me onto matcha? Yess! It was Aki. Thank you, Aki. Now I'll start trying these other drinks. Another great video.

Pine and peppermint also a fantastic combination. Mix pine with peppermint leaves in blender and then strain.
Thank you, Aki. I want to try them all! I have already been drinking matcha everyday for years. Feeling great at 76.
