Excellent video. Especially showing the price list because I was wondering that myself. What I would really be interested in knowing is what's the thickness of your plywood, dimensions of the board, and diameter of the half moon rods.
Nice DIY, but with some leftovers you could build it for 10 quid. You only need to have some wood, saw, dril and screws. It won't win the most fabulous fitnes equipment prize, but it will be functional. I guess that nowadays everything that is shown online has to look pretty.. I am not downplaying your DIY, it looks great!! *Edit, I misread that priselist ;)
I have seen them. But own u inspire me to make 2 plus an angle slant board. What about the 2 foot balance board like a skateboard version. I just use my skateboard w/ loosened trucks for challenge. Nee sub. Awesome video
That guy must've been disappointed by your video ;-))). They still give out the ed videos with a password. Great stuff, enjoyed my time watching thing.
Thanks bro I've been diagnosed with chronic ankle stability after years of physiotherapy multiple injuries orthotics etc. A consultant recommend me this to me
I like where your head is at on the costs but you forgot to bill for time and tools. Which may or may not make it worth-while in the big scheme of things.
You're absolutely right! Besides cost for me it is also important that is it possible to make. Kind of like an inspiration type of thing, if I can do it so can anybody else.
I bought one but I don’t wanna take it to work!!! Work is too cheap to get one. Would you build one for sale for $40? Or a set for $80? can refer you clients too that might wanna buy some.
Your view of the product is very much reduced, if you think of your feet as a singular entity. In relation to movement and the muscle and joint chains of the body, in this case the whole leg, ankle and hip, the exercises you can do are several morer to your review, which is very superficial. In addition, how you put the screws could be very dangerous for foot injuries.
Thanks for your reply. My apologies that my review was a bit superficial. I will go more in depth in a later video as I get more experienced. By contrast, the screws are not causing any danger to the foot whatsoever.

Thanks for the sub! Yeah you can completely customize if you DIY things. I haven't really thought about a 2 foot version but I might look into that!

Anyone have the dimensions of the boards and half rounds to recreate?
I just made a couple of them. I fitted them to my foot size.
You can find the dimensions on the back board site.
Can I buy one from you!

Hello, were you able to get one?
I'm going to make a couple. Depending on how much time and energy it takes me, I might be interested in making you a set.
@@jimbog9785 Thank you, though I ended up just buying one.
