    Yeah, thank you, shoulder workouts are really just what I need right now! I already mentioned this in a comment, I absolutely love how you explain the workouts in such detail!💯 I've been having issues with my right shoulder for a while now, most likely due to improper loading. Also, the naked program is helping me get rid of the shoulder problems little by little!     Just recently found out I have arthritis in my neck.

    Great help! I have a bone spur in my shoulder and it limits what I can do without too much pain but stretching it out and working out knots can be very helpful.

    I started doing weighted push ups + pull ups and because of constant damage I start to experience arm numbness. I was not able to reach this affected areas I will definitely try this now! My shoulder and chest become so tight they stop my blood supply on my hand, and I’m currently training to failure of the muscle, so I need something like this to make my blood reach affected areas ty for this!

    I, too, have very dominant traps. Strengthening my upper back, particularly the lower traps and rhomboids, has been a big focus of mine lately.

    Thanks, Brooke, this is super helpful! I am having trouble with my squats (front and back) and going up in weight. I do have weakness in my pelvis I am working on, but if you could do some hip mobility and strengthening that would be great! Thanks!

    Hey Brooke great video. Do you recommend all of these for rotator cuff injury? I’ve got the usual exercises from the physio but it’s still bugging me and painful especially when stretching. Cheers from the UK x

    Going to give this a try hurt my shoulder 5 years ago I get a pinch in it when doing over head and bench press I know how I hurt it over existing it flat bench Flys I can't lift heavy any more
