Great help! I have a bone spur in my shoulder and it limits what I can do without too much pain but stretching it out and working out knots can be very helpful.
I started doing weighted push ups + pull ups and because of constant damage I start to experience arm numbness. I was not able to reach this affected areas I will definitely try this now! My shoulder and chest become so tight they stop my blood supply on my hand, and I’m currently training to failure of the muscle, so I need something like this to make my blood reach affected areas ty for this!

Since my neck surgery i have not been able to do much of anything and I want it back! I have lost muscle and feel so week too! And at 62 that stinks I say come on already 😢😢already
