freshman QB , above average line .. only have 2 threats at WR - weak front 7 on defense 🤷🏾♂️ they do have 3 great RB’s (especially #24) and nice coverage schemes

I just don’t see how this Iowa State Oline can hold up against the Texas Dline. Bc of that, I don’t think they’re gunna score a lot of points. I’m expecting a couple INTs and for Quinn to be better than last week. Sark need to adjust better in the 2nd half though. Been driving me crazy the last few weeks
Sark has never EVER won 10 games in his entire HC career…I don’t think he even knows how, no matter how skilled of a squad he has!

Excellent analysis, very thorough. But after watching the breakdown of Iowa State, I am sort of surprised they even won a single game. It seems like everyone on the entire team is below average at everything except the Cyclone secondary at pass coverage.
Really effective coaching can have that lifting effect. They do a really good job of making you play their style.
Also those wins are against the bottom of the big 12 this year. When they played the high up teams is when they lose. Soo hopefully the horns can keep that trend going.

I’m most excited to see how Texas passing attack does, very rarely have teams thrown at TJ Tampa and for good reason. I feel like Texas won’t care and they will go at him and Cooper both which will play well for ISU. Also The Jack is gonna be rocking full of drunk fans who want nothing more than to send Texas to the SEC with a loss in Ames.
ISU fan here, this is a fantastic breakdown. This is my first time watching your channel and gotta give you kudos for the level of research you do. I will just point out one thing that the stats won’t show. Since the Oklahoma game our offense has become much more efficient with the exception of the 1st half against Kansas. Those first 5 games were rough though man 😂.
Win or lose I’ve been extremely proud of the improvement that our team has shown over the course of this season considering that we’re one the youngest teams in the power 5. I’ll be in Jack Trice tomorrow, hoping for a fantastic game to send this series out on a high note!

I'm honestly not worried about this game, even with Sarks sleepy second half problems. Tech is the game that worries me more. Those creeps are probably making pacts with the devil to win that game as we speak.
Next week means absolutely nothing if we don’t bring it tomorrow morning, period! We have a great record against Tech, and this year’s team is even worse, but ISU has won 8-3 against us at home at night…and this years team will be the best we’ve seen in many years!!!

ISU is young gritty and mean on D. The O has steadily improved.
I don’t think Rocco is the future for ISU. But he’s now and Texas knows better than to overlook Matt Campbell, especially a young team on the rise.
