Got it 5 minutes after the update, just had to craft 150 purples potions, 150 tickets gone, a crab gone, 15 sprouts because not enough coconut and I had it. It's a just an endgame item, as expensive as endgame collector, it would make no sense to put it cheap in comparaison with the petal belt.

get 250 stingers, you get them by killing wild vicious bees. they spawn randomly in clover field, spider field, pepper field, mountain top field, rose field, and cactus field. you know if it's there if you see a small stinger inside the flowers in the field. but you have to kill loads of them to get it. they have a higher chance of spawning if it's night time, but if you use a night bell, it's guaranteed to spawn
