    ABOUT US:
    Life’s better on Australian built oversized U shaped road wheels for a third of the big brand price. 10/11 Speed Compatible, High TG heat resistant resins, advanced kevlar anti fracture, true tension 2 to 1 spoke ratios are just the start of how we’ll help make your next carbon wheelset choice really easy. Caden builds wheels for road racers, triathletes & every day riders that want wide blunt profiles, stiff durable hand spoking, 3 year warranty & helpful Aussie service.
    WHAT IS INCLUDED
    Our full carbon fibre wheels come with everything you’ll need to get riding fast with no fuss or missing pieces. Wheels include FREE valve extenders with Teflon sealant (to avoid nasty valve leaks), FREE ceramic composite brake pads, FREE rim tape & FREE lightweight titanium skewers.
    THE RIDE
    Caden wheels are meticulously hand spoked with elbow out wide flange placement on the front and 2 to 1 spoke ratio on the rear to make sure your wheel corners correctly, accelerates without lag & doesn’t make noise. I’m 6ft 4inches 95kg and build the wheels to withstand riding pressures above the norm so you can enjoy them for years to come. All our wheels undergo rigorous testing and we stand by them with a 3 year warranty plus a generous crash replacement policy (that we hope you’ll never have to use but hey #hit happens and if it does we’ll look after you).
    SERVICE
    External nipples, sealed bearings & true tension spoke patterns make Caden’s long lasting and very easy to maintain. Our subtle stealth logo’s are hand printed in house with a 2 pack epoxy ink that doesn’t come off unlike stickers that can flap after a few races. For our last wheel print we used less than 10 grams of ink for 40 wheels compared to a single sticker weighing between 1-2 grams.

    *Looked at a lot of options for getting my **Latest.Bike** . Great find in SAVA. Super light, nice components, really good value as it comes with many options only found in much higher priced bikes.*

    By far the most useful advice about this on RUclips. Now it takes me 10 minutes to change a tire. Used to be an hour of fighting with the tires or or more.

    Last weekend I had spent ~90 mins trying to change a tire prior to my morning bike ride - which then turned into an afternoon ride. I then got a flat on that ride and instead of trying to repeat the 90 minute process I ended up calling the uber of shame. Not to be defeated I took to youtube and found this clip and just now I was able to install a tire on my carbon deep section wheels in 5 mins. Blessings upon you CADEN Carbon Bike wheels and your video..wherever you are.

    Brother, thank you for this. You are a lifesaver for real. I spent HOURS trying to get my brand new Conti GP 5000 clinchers on brand new Spinergy Z32s. My hands are freaking raw and sore from the struggle. Had a hell of a time. Then read some forums saying to heat the tires up in the sun for an hour etc. Yeah, you don't need any of that crap just the pin and work backwards halfway down the rim and repeat a few times like you demonstrate here. Didn't even need a lever, and the second tire took like one minute to get on. Now I feel stupid for wasting all that time and struggling for nothing. Thanks again. Lifesaver. God bless you.

      @@stevesidebottom2124 Yeah duder, it was brutal, but like everything in life knowledge is power! Once I got this technique it's simple. I wouldn't say I'm looking forward to a flat, but most definitely to wearing these out AND installing a new set!

    Thanks for this Vid. I have tubeless ready 50mm wheels and the trick of running the bead into the valley has reduced the amount of foul language associated with a tube change by about 99%. I have now formally defeated those GP5000's .....mille grazie

    What a great video, I've always struggled to get the tube fully inside the tyre, the tip about pushing the valve into the rim was particularly useful. After watching this video, not only did I manage to do (possibly) my quickest tyre change, but also managed to fit the tyre on without use of tyre levers. Thanks

    Thanks ... I got my first flat with my Zipp 303s using Gatorskin Tires. I was always worried about how I would be able to get the tire back on. With your video, I was able to put the tire back on WITHOUT the levers. I loved that trick about pushing the tire toward the middle of the wheel. Now I just need a tube with a proper long valve. :)

    Excellent video mate. i was very happy until the end when you mentioned the "tubeless compatible clincher" which is exactly what I have and it would be really great if you would consider doing another video on that model. Last time I changed it, it took me literally 30 min and the group wouldn't even let me have a beer with them after the ride. I cried myself to sleep for a week straight.

    This works great on foldable tires, but not so easy on wire bead clincher tires. You need to really work the tire all the way around and wiggle all sections on a wire beaded tire in order to mount it on a carbon wheel.

    I put a little bit of air in the tube to make it easier to go in and to avoid the little bulge near the valve.
    Question. Do you have to use any special tire lever tool to remove tires from carbon wheels or will the standard type levers do the job - like the Parks tool levers?
    Thanks for the video.

    • @dymbag1
      @dymbag1 6 лет назад +1

      good tip with putting air in the tube 1st, there's far less chance of pinching the tube with tyre levers when doing this, a wide and flat tyre lever is best for all applications such as a Birzman tyre lever. another tip is to align the righting on the tyre centraly over the valve for a more professional look and to easier find objects that have caused a puncture

    • @dymbag1
      @dymbag1 6 лет назад

      always keep at least 3 of these www.artscyclery.com/Birzman_Wedge_Tire_Lever_Set_/descpage-BZTLS3.html

    Is it common that the valve nut leaves an assembly mark on my rim? I was quite frustrated, as I only finger tightened it.

    Check with you which one is the best tube
    Presta? 0r Schrader?

    • @kevinrtres
      @kevinrtres 5 лет назад

      Doesn't matter as long as the valve stems are long so you can get the pump on easily. Also make sure that the retainer nut is present on whichever you choose. Without it you might struggle if your valve stem is shorter and you need to pump up a flat tyre. The stem might want to disappear into the rim hole, making it difficult to get hold of with the pump.
