Thank you very much and I have been wanting to do a revisit to show what it now looks like while it is filled it up!
How cute!! I love how you used the clear paper to not cover those awesome pictures!!!❤😊
Glad you liked it and yes, I definitely don't like to cover up such neat pictures! Hugs
Great idea on how you made the closure adjustable to accommodate all the wonderful goodies that will go into your journal. There are so many well thought out recipe pockets. You will love using this and your daughter will treasure it too.
Thanks so much...I use it nearly everyday! I just love it!

Thank for the shoutout. 🥰 I love your journal!! Such a great theme for a recipe book! I loved the clear pockets-especially perfect for recipes. I think your sliding elements on the closure add that little bit of charm. I’m going to have to try that idea!!! 🤍❤️

Oh yes for sure but I don't have a laminator. Thanks for watching! I might do a revisit of a flip thru what it looks like now!
Wow! What an amazing junk journal! I can’t get over all the cool page layouts, pockets, tuck spots, and fold outs you created for and put into this journal. It’s definitely one of the best junk journals I’ve seen on RUclips. I will be studying this video over and over to learn from your approach. One question: I see you use a lot of full size ads and papers in your signatures and that you use the pages/papers whole, rather than fold them in half to use in signatures. So my question is, when you have different or separate full size pages, how do you bind them together to make a signature that you then sew into the binding? Do you tape them together with washi? I’m having trouble articulating my question.
Hi Meridith! Thank you so much for the wonderful comments I am definitely moved ❤! To answer your question most of the "paper like" advertisements/book pages are glued to cardstock or heavier paper. Some of the images are like an encyclopedia type heavy paper so they didn't need more stability. Some are joined with "paper tape" It is actually medical tape and you can find it anywhere actually. It is transparent and it like a cloth tape. I have a video on it I believe. Others are two pages overlapped with glue to make one wider page for sewing into signature. Hope that helps! Thanks 💕
