A minor point. I had thought that phosphodiasterase #5 was an antagonist to GMP, guanosine mono phosphate, the

I take 6 gm powdered L-Citrulline everyday which is a nitric oxide booster along with a daily dose of 5mg tadalafil (generic cialis) with great results. Have also used it with 25 mg of V with no problems. I prefer the tadalafil as it stays in the system much longer. V is more of an on demand, at the moment type of drug.
