Vader can’t even fit on the command bridge. I modified my First Order Star Destroyer from 2017 into an Imperial one. You get extra space and it is so much better in size compared to any of the Imperial ones LEGO made.
i was really debating on getting this day one before when the leaks came out as the star destroyer is my favorite ship but with it being smaller and i already have the 2014 version, i'm just going to wait for a sale.
I think this is a super clean build. I'd rather have this than the older model, it's smaller, but far more polished. IMO size isn't everything... unless your running out of space, in which case, smaller is better :) Wish there was x2 of some of the minifigs. Yet super nice variety.

I don't mind and actually welcome some size reduction on the 1 person or 2 person starships. But lets not encourage making the big capital ships smaller too. Sets don't have to be proportional to one another, but the AT-AT being bigger than the Star destroyer is nonsense, or even the millenium being bigger, for that matter
The set is good but i have 2 issues first, wish we had more storm troopers instead of Darth vader because we already gotten him in a few other sets and second, its a bit too small because i think the AT-TE Set that we got recently can scale up to it so i would’ve preferred it to be a bit more bigger but overall its a good set.

7.5-8 out of 10. Mostly figs we’ve had in the past, but Cal adds some good value, and the line-up is at least a good one.
