I'm a die hard Sixers fan I love that the rivalry is back on with Boston! We're two of the oldest, most historic and successful franchises in the league. We've had Bill vs Wilt, Erving vs Bird, and now Tatum & Brown vs Simmons & Embiid. It's great for the league, can't wait for the game it's gonna be a classic. And the many more classics these our two teams will have down the line :)

On the warriors there was only Wilt going against Celtic with a great bench. That dynasty would have ended if the atleast 2 all-star players of that time were with Wilt.
Growing up in Philly I remember the hatred the city had for the Celtics.

I was looking at the playoff series between the Celtics vs 76ers and I was astonished to see that:
-1977: 76ers in 7 game
-1980: 76ers in 5 game
-1981: Celtics in 7 game
-1982: 76ers in 7 game
During that era the 76ers dominated the Celtics, if you listen to the media you think the Celtics won almost every series...

@@NZT77 No Russel didnt. Alot of Wilts all time records like the 55 rebound game were vs Russel and in fact he nearly always destroyed Russel, but he couldnt win vs the Superteam that was Boston with the Jones's, Havlicek, Sanders, Heinsohn and Russel.
Untill Wilt went to the sixers, he had virtually no help in comparison with the Celtics, whereas after he had some help, he directly won a chip.
I definitely disagree with you, Wilt has 2 championships in 1967, and in 1971, 1971 he wasn’t even being the best player (Jerry West) and Boston has 17 rings. 11 of them from Russell. Russell is 100% better than Wilt
