Looking to buy these on my speed triple 1200 RS cause im a lil short for it (5 ft 8) and my knee doesnt fit onto the tank too much. I saw the adjustability was something like +/- 38 mm forward/aft & up/down.... thats a little more than an inch. Anyone able to let me know if they thought that was a noticable amount? Its hard to justify spending $700 on a 'maybe'. I'm not convinced its going to get my knee onto the tank, but up AND forward 1 & 1/2 inch does sound like it might do a lil something
I hope someone can answer... When switching to gp shift on the r1 do you have to change any settings? Or does the bike know you're shifting up since you're on the throttle?
