    Great job 🎉
Just from the look of it, I‘m a million percent sure that you‘ll have a hard time finding a better Schweinshaxen in a restaurant here in germany.❤

Hallo Chef! I would not like to eat these dishes any where else than in y-o-u-r restaurant or in m-y kitchen, following your example! Njam njam! I love the german cuisine very very much. Actually I love the way the germans consider food and drinks following the Reinheitsgebot. But I will have to wait with this recipe because I am preparing a special dish for my fruittreestrainingteacher. Did you get it? He is my teacher for training fruittrees. And next week we are going to train the apple, plum and quince trees on my farm. I let them grow and didn't know what to do. You will not believe how much fruits they make and also how chaotic they look! So he is coming with all his tools and I have my tools and we are making a day to learn how to train my trees. I already trained the grape. Pffft! I want my fruittrees to be small, bear big fruits, not too much. So I said that he will eat at my place that day. Oeps! Now I am constantly thinking about what I will prepare for lunch and dinner. He is french, you know. So I will have to think about a dish that goes with a glass of red wine for lunch. As main dish I will do the, ofcourse my favorite, aglio e olio. With bacon. Black olives and red hot peppers. But dessert? I have no idea. I wrote you that I do not like sweets dishes. And on top of that my oven is en panne and I cannot find a technician at this moment. So I bought a 2 pit induction thing. It is really beneath my pride to buy a ready made dessert in the supermarket. Can you advice me a fruity dessert for 2 made on my induction thingy? Thanks, Ivan.
