@@lolalola-ym9eu If you play in the grand line league or higher they come in pretty quick. I usually play until 3-5 million point which gets me roughly 15-20k blue tickets. So in one tm I can usually get a character I'm missing. Right now I'm sitting on like 60k blue tickets.
Cool, these tier list videos for f2p characters are always useful to watch! I still haven't finished maxing all my tm units so these videos help in deciding who to expand
IMO don't max any character just because, wait until you actually need them in a team because you might need a different character and you won't have enough tickets to buy them

Zorojuro is worth it for newer players in my opinion because he'll ALWAYS kill the manual quest boss with his double special activation (he's gotta be in the left row though).
Looking at the amount of TM unit we now have it just reminds me how many hours I've had to grind on so many TM's over the years. I think my first TM was Doflamingo, I just started the game didn't know anything about the banners so I threw multis at the TM banner, got the TM RR Corazon and Law but still a waste of gems looking back at it. Meanwhile now I have every TM unit post Nami/Sanji I think LB+ with some of the older ones done as well. I think I'm only missing TM Mihawk, Ace, Law, Blackbeard and Shirahoshi right now since I never bothered getting them.

So would the must max characters be the ones that get the tm keys? I started playing at psy jimbei and I have most of the must max units but I always have a hard time figuring out who should get a tm key

check the comment i left upper to rain i explain alot for a newcomer, basically for treasure map on the new league you need to get rid of some of the debuffs they put on you, on the filter on character colecction you can find every debuff and wich units you have to counter that debuffs and if you dont have the unit you can farm one that gives you what you need from the free ones check optc database and here you can check debuffs units etc also read the comment i post on the rain comment abit up from yor comment :) gl
just try to get the free characters from pirate rumble and treasure map or any kind of character that they give you the things to limit break him, as first you dont have any to maximize characters and the ones that they give you full expanded will be useful and easy to get, try save the gems for big moments like anniversarys and thinks like that you will get a lot of the best units in one batch, just think that the copies of that ones that the game give you to limit break etc will be easy to maximize full potential (with 8 copies of a character you can upgrade to max 2 potenital abilities the ones that appear through limit break expansions, also on the 5 litle slots that you fullfill with copies or tomes stick with the 5 that appear on the left side (despair bind special charge autoheal damage reduction this ones are the best overall others are so situational and skipeable atleast at the very first) the begining will be slow for you but from more time you get that kind of free units full limit breaked you will eventually be able to clear more things cause specials to eliminate debuffs and some potenial abilities that goes trough barriers and more +- the game will give you units needed for future things and if you need some kind of unit for take out some debuff or some that is making you unable to clear something you can try find on optc database (google it) wich units can help you from the colisseum, the past free content is on colisseum and you can pick things from there whenever you need it for some content(hardcore content will be hard to complete but eventually you will be able to do it) also you will need to spend some of the gems on expand the box for that reason try dont over farm things that you didnt really need cause more box you need more gems you will spend on that and not on a really good aniversary or some nice super sugo and try dont use gems on anything more from that on last annie they put roger oden and alooot of really good units all together in 3 parts and with a lot more chance to get it definitely if you can save for that time you will end with a good account to surpass all, people is talking about a good celebration on new year but last anniversary was on late february as far i remember, try wait till anniversarie being your first annie you will not regret saving for that time, also think besides some sugo units all other sugo units(the ones that begin on 5 stars and lvl up to 6 or 6+) ca nappear anytime, just super sugo are exclusive for super sugo events and in anniversary is a time when they drop alot of supersugos that people miss and also you can earn good sugos that when they come new ppl spend alot of gems tying to get, but you having 0 just can stick to that kind of celebrations to get a big bunch of good units and eventually you will get good sugos (i recently got kainu vs big mom and whitebeard vs shanks just on normal red tickets earned from different things not on his celebration)

You gotta respect TM Zoro/Sanji. The orb boost is nice, and that chain boosting switch ability has helped me with so many Garp Challenges.

Only limit break if cd decrease or he/she has a 3 slot especial socket
