    These people who are trying to stop Brexit are seriously risking the future of our country. I hope we leave on 31st October as if we don't, we WILL get dragged into "saving" other countries when the euro implodes!!!!! These slime-balls really are costing our country dearly.

    • @divinity176
      @divinity176 5 лет назад +1

      Writing WILL in capitals doesn't make it any more convincing without some accompanying substantiation. If we are to leave, we can leave - but let's not do it because of baseless predictions about some future catastrophe that will befall us if we don't. No reasonable person behaves in that way - but then no reasonable person acts without a plan and that has been the story of Brexit so far. We aren't in EMU and had nothing to do with the bailouts post-2008 crash.

What he did do was to run a publishing enterprise driven by advertising revenue. This revenue came from the efforts of self employed people selling space in his magazines for him and receiving commission for doing so. Simple. These people were not employed, they were freelance and responsible for their stamp and tax returns. @@brianrodney712 As a Dutch citizen, grown up in The Netherlands where a class system isn't apparent and ruling society as much as in Britain, I've witnessed the attitude of wealthy people, while living in Britain. Their logic is as cold as the steel around their hearts. There's damage done to them.
      The programming of a boarding school education, severe and extremely costly, therefore a privileged destination for sons of lords, 7 years old, has managed to kill most empathic sensitivity, toward themselves and others.
      Creating a personality that lacks a sense of justice. That is, the justification of living in a castle with a moat around it, and the bridge upright, is the key element and drive in those grown-up boys, or should I say, immature men?

I was unaware of the treachery being practised by the UK’s senior politicians. In 1960 Edward Heath had written to Sir Maxwell Fyffe, the Lord Chancellor, to ask for his advice on the legal situation if the UK sought to join the EEC being discussed at the Paris Treaty and he was warned that there would be serious implications for British sovereignty for parliament and the Queen. Maxwell Fyffe was in favour of the changes taking place in Europe but said that in Britain there could be strong opposition to the UK joining the European Economic Community (EEC). Any such move should be completely transparent with wide consultation and approval otherwise it could because it become the cause of considerable political strife.Any such move should be completely transparent with wide consultation and approval otherwise it could because it become the cause of considerable political strife. In fact British entry was delayed until 1973 as a result of De Gaulle’s veto on UK entry on the grounds it was too focussed on its commonwealth and close ties to the US.
