Jack's phone call was pathetic. I am older, I knew alot of guys who served in WW2 , Korea , and Vietnam. They were some of the humblest men you would meet . They would never talk about their experience , and if they did they would be in tears . It's way different with alot of the recent veterans. They act like they have to tell you what a bad ass they . You guys are spot on about this guy. All I did was make a comment about a member who was asking a question about where they should put their gas mask. All I did was drop a smiling face laughing emjoy & say I don't put my trust in a gas mask and said that there was too much fear mongering going on & shared a bible verse from Isaiah 54:17 & I got pretty much got attacked from him and a host of others & he was saying That he wasn't a fanatical Christian or something like that & I needed to stop posting bible verses on the general chat on the platform. He said from now on if I had a bible verse to share that I could only do it on the God & Christianity portion of the social media tribe platform. I immediately left afterwards and canceled my membership. Now that I am seeing this video this blows my freaking mind. Thought about Jack a lot when I started to notice that he was coming down on people I had been following for years on YT. Especially Jeff of warrior poet society. I hadn't heard anything negative about him until Jack said it. It bothered me so I still watched BSS but, saw very little humility in him and to be like Jesus and to follow Jesus, we must be humble in spirit. Then I heard what he said to Jacob. I was astounded and unfollowed him right after that. I was in his tribe when I noticed all they wanted there were people who agreed with what they said and how they thought. I got out and this happened. Nobody is perfect but something didn't sit right with me so I left. I hope this helps somebody. We must be careful where we get our information from. I think jacobs take was a bit extreme with unrealistic expectations. And Jack was a bit unhinged. They are both "on the same side" so its sad to see. What we need is a video where they sit down together like adults and resolve thier issues. It would be great content on how to really be a man

I’m late to this party but oh well, I got into a “conversation” early on with Jack on Facebook. He didn’t like what I had to say and immediately went to personal insults, I figured him out right there and looked away. I’ve been in this space long enough to see plenty of “Jacks” come and go, big egos typically expand quickly then pop. Just an argument, he was baited, it was affecting his livelihood……… whatever, when a “man” has to resort to childish personal slights, he’s already lost.
Jack never expanded quickly. His channel has been a steady growth, building quite a community. I'm all for pointing out his endless flaws, but be honest.

We should not be attacking each other, nor should we be diluting ourselves to one viewpoint, the main thing is to learn the most you can from multiple resources on the best way to stay prepared for shtf in your life or the lives around you. Both may have different points of view on some things and maybe even quarelll which can happen as monetary interest and philosophical interest collide, each of you has a perspective, each of you should each be held at ARMs length for your info, outreach and preparedness. Both of you should keep doing your own thing for the benefit of all involved. Keep focused on prepping and SHTF, less by each on dick sizes, neither comes out well on this, I was part of ARM for well over 20years, and it has been a constant of bickering ever since geocities. Unless anyone has a patent over another, each should collaborate or all involved seem clouded over their own interest the people, with that being said most people make videos on RUclips and other sites to make money, so everyone chill and work together, why is it after over 30 years of internet, that there are different points of view just as in real life, but we must come together on what we know and hold in common and let each person educate as he knows

I understand the argument. Conversations recorded among friends are a really good example of something that should not be recorded or released to the public. However - calls between enemies? @Leonidas Knives & Gear true, but a large difference between a cell phone "listening" to everything we say vs someone recording knowing they are going to post on RUclips to make videos with, and not necessarily capturing the whole story. 30 years ago that would have happened probably the same way - someone trying to gain views on RUclips. And no one but those close to them would have known. Fur will always fly. Be a man and handle things more discretely. Like a man sleeping with a woman and blabbing to the shop about it. The whole thing seems very juvenile to me... both sides could have handled it differently.

I was a huge fan, although just casually watch his vids. However, over time I became weary of his character when he more and more offered veiled or overt statements and accusations of other content creators, especially those whose backgrounds blew his out of the water. The final straw for me was a posting where he was hocking a BSS branded knife at an astronomical price. I, being genuine in my well informed and experience driven questions, asked why I should purchase this blade over competitive and proven options which were 1/2 or less the price... what set his product apart, or made it better, basically. He, and a couple of his cucks, rallied together with "how dare I question"...or.... "oh, buy junk if you want" type of responses lol. I never became disrespectful, perhaps dismissive and amused at the obvious lack of integrity/honor and false bravado. I'm not impressed with chest thumping "alpha" wannabee types. I was raised with 2 real Alpha male influences in my life- a 3 tour, silver star and 2 purple heart earning Vietnam vet uncle with 19 years service, and a 5th SFG green beret uncle with 22 years service. So to say I found these antics laughable would be an understatement.

It’s nice having a 3rd party opinion on that video. Years ago when I first started trying to learn useful/necessary skills in case of a bad situation. I stumbled across Black Scouts channel. Didn’t watch to much outside of gear reviews on certain items, the way the man pitched himself seemed very disingenuous and I figured most of his “expertise” should be taken with a grain of salt. Now years later I stumble upon him again, and I see this unfold confirming what I felt back then. I wasn’t particularly bothered by his choice of words on that phone call, but his idle threats at the core of the conversation made him seem very small. All that said there is one piece of gear that I probably will purchase from him even though I’m conflicted buying from him (a titanium nato strap compass), only because he did make a very sleek well designed product that hits the mark for everything I’m looking for bieng a watch enthusiast. Jack's phone call was pathetic. I am older, I knew alot of guys who served in WW2 , Korea , and Vietnam. They were some of the humblest men you would meet . Thought about Jack a lot when I started to notice that he was coming down on people I had been following for years on YT. Especially Jeff of warrior poet society. I hadn't heard anything negative about him until Jack said it. It bothered me so I still watched BSS but, saw very little humility in him and to be like Jesus and to follow Jesus, we must be humble in spirit. Then I heard what he said to Jacob. I was astounded and unfollowed him right after that. I was in his tribe when I noticed all they wanted there were people who agreed with what they said and how they thought. I got out and this happened. Nobody is perfect but something didn't sit right with me so I left. I hope this helps somebody. We must be careful where we get our information from. Unless anyone has a patent over another, each should collaborate or all involved seem clouded over their own interest the people, with that being said most people make videos on RUclips and other sites to make money, so everyone chill and work together, why is it after over 30 years of internet, that there are different points of view just as in real life, but we must come together on what we know and hold in common and let each person educate as he knows

Similar with BRCC, I bought coffee from them because I was in 2/75 Ranger Bn (prior too Mat Best), but no more after it was obvious that the company supports anti-2A efforts and politicians.

The phone call was the thing there was a few things that led up to it.
There were a few things but from everything I saw it was what I would call “minor irritation” & quite shocking how it got out of hand. More than just a civilian, many are broken soldiers, Marines, ect. A lot of it comes down to the very, very poor system the military has when it comes to discharging them. Tons of animosity and chip on the shoulder. I get it because I'm one of them but I think BSS handled the situation very poorly.

I won't have anything to do with BSS now. I thought he was getting odd lately, now he has became unglued. He used to NOT be like this, at least he didn't show it then. It’s nice having a 3rd party opinion on that video. Years ago when I first started trying to learn useful/necessary skills in case of a bad situation. I stumbled across Black Scouts channel. Didn’t watch to much outside of gear reviews on certain items, the way the man pitched himself seemed very disingenuous and I figured most of his “expertise” should be taken with a grain of salt.
Now years later I stumble upon him again, and I see this unfold confirming what I felt back then. I wasn’t particularly bothered by his choice of words on that phone call, but his idle threats at the core of the conversation made him seem very small.
All that said there is one piece of gear that I probably will purchase from him even though I’m conflicted buying from him (a titanium nato strap compass), only because he did make a very sleek well designed product that hits the mark for everything I’m looking for bieng a watch enthusiast.

Well initially I didn’t want to cover this but it finally bothered me enough to do so. Some people have taken this as I want BSS “cancelled” but that’s not the goal nor did I think that was possible. I do however think some of his “tribe” need to know what kind of man he really is. Glad you found the video useful 🙏🏼

Was drawn into BSS by a few gear reviews. Thought, “oh, I’ll check out some more of his videos.” Seeing the titles/content I realized, he’s batshit.
He has some decent content out there. I followed him loosely for a few years but when the Coof p@ndemic hit he sort of went off the rails with clickbait titles. Hes just like most of these big gun/gear channels & just needs to fuel the revenue now.
