Half-Life is a good start. But what we really need is Counter-strike VR, Mario VR, Zelda VR, GTA VR, NFS VR, WoW VR, PS5 VR, Xbox VR, Nintendo Switch VR, etc.
VR gaming is definitely at another level. And cleaning phone screen is not an issue actually we can just rub it with a moist cloth. And at last snake bite app, I think it is not a bad idea to develop such apps.. Use the technology wisely!
I've never played a Half-Life game before.. But after this video I might have to check out this series. It reminds me so much of *MYST* and "Resident Evil".. Whatever happened to MYST anyways? I was my first favorite PC game and is still easily in my top-20.
I cant wait to put my VR headset on! I'll never have to eat real healthy food or talk to real people ever again! But lets be honest, The BBC and Hollywood struggle to make decent films and TV shows... So why would I want to play Half-Life in VR?
Stop down talking VR. Of course Half Life Alyx wil be something special, but there are tons of brilliant VR titles. And VR opens up many ways of playing, simulating or learning that aren't possible on a flat screen.
@12:45 -- Simple answer? Don't eat greasy foods and touch your phone.. and don't hold your phone against your greasy mandible.. It did not seem that you put a lot of effort into wiping down your pizza phone as much as you did the first one.. just sayin'...
Half Life.. Never played it.. never will either.. VR nope this game or any other will relight the interest in VR tech.. since even the lowest cost head set without hand grips is super pricey! That's why VR never took off "Price" Why buy a head set you maybe use once or twice a week, when you could instead use that huge amount it cost to buy a better PC you would be using every day! The snake bite in India is only a problem because most of the people walk around with bare feet and no trousers to protect their lower lower legs and feet from being bitten, Plus when you have a country with 2 billion odd people you will have a huge chance of animal and human bad interaction allot of the time due to too many people in one area where the animals also live. Let's hope they sort out a way to keep humans away form the animals and the App is a good start to help save lives? I bet the shares of the cleaning and protection companies are going through the roof in value...
i've never doubted VR since I was 11 years old and tried it at SEGA World in Toronto, Canada in 1994.
yeah you sound like the type
Imagine being a flat earther when the question's been settled for so long that we have 400 year old globes to digitize.

@Upside Up Ah yes, Mario the world-famous video game chimney sweep
@Upside Up You should see boneworks, they handle tubes really well
I wish someone would donate VR equipment to people home bound it would let everyone still interact with family and friends.

When did people forget that soap and water can be used to clean stuff?
blue light from the phone so close to your eyes will cause permanent damage -
VR = not recommended
Snakes, that was a Aussie past time for us today. Lol they're everywhere.
Look! It's a tanning bed for your phone. Btw, Lara's mascara was a tad bit asymmetrical (left inclined).
