- Thank you all for watching my review on the E.L.F Glossy Lip Stains & Love Triangle Lip Filler Liners. Add me on Instagram: AskCandace. The E.L.F Glossy Lip Stains retails for $6 and the Love Triangle Lip Liners retails for $4. I wore the shade in "Plum" paired with shade in "Berry Queen" the gloss didn't last very long it transfers. After I ate and drank throughout the day I did see a bit of a stain on my lips but it didn't last long after 6 hours my lips were bare. I got Spicy Sienna and Plum and they pair beautifully ! But I agree with you, I wish the lip liners were softer (I hate tugging with lip liners), and I wish the lip stains had more staying power.
Hopefully Elf improves on the formula for both products moving forward ❤️
Can you compare the elf stains with the YSL and Dior lip stains ?

Candace, your reviews always come in clutch! would you say the lip liners are stiff/waxy? do you need to warm them up before use? or would you liken them to high end performance if you weren't told the price?
These are stiff in the tube and tugs on my lips (not a good feeling) I wish the formula was better the colors are nice.
They all look so good on you. I agree that the gloss stain applicator is too short. But I will still pick up a couple along with the lip liners to try out 💕

I love the Mauve and Plum lipliners but not if they tug and are dry. Berry stain looks pretty in the gloss, though I like the coral, too.
I hope they change the formula moving forward. I've never experienced lip liners that were so dry
