Caster sugar 2tbsp 细砂糖 2汤匙
Lemon juice 10ml 柠檬汁 10毫升
❤Blueberry jelly 蓝莓果冻
●1st Layer 第一层
Cream cheese 70g 奶油奶酪 70克
Whipping cream 100ml 动物性鲜奶油 100毫升
Water 820ml 清水 820毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 2tsp (5.28g) 燕菜粉 2茶匙 (5.28克)
Jelly powder 1/2tsp (1.32g) 果冻粉 1/2茶匙 (1.32克)
●2nd Layer 第二层
Add 1tsp blueberry jam into 1st layer liquid
加入 1茶匙蓝莓酱于第一层液体
●3rd Layer 第三层
Add 2tsp blueberry jam into 1st layer liquid
加入 2茶匙蓝莓酱于第一层液体
●4th Layer 第四层
Add 3tsp blueberry jam into 1st layer liquid
加入 3茶匙蓝莓酱于第一层液体
