I am looking into having a service dog and I was like “I wonder if sight hounds make good service dogs” As google says “sight hounds will only do what they want to do” LOL
Yeah they can be like that! I know a few people that use Sighthounds as service dogs and it largely depends on the personality. You'd need to speak with a breeder that knows what sort of personality to look out for. I've known Silken and Borzoi service dogs!
Buca is precious ❤
I can *hear* the gears in Buca's head turn.
He is trying his best.
He's never been the best sitter and neither are most of his puppies. They all prefer to lay.
@@SnackPackSilkens This is typical for sighthounds because of their angled hips. It's just not very comfortable for them.
He's trying his best!
And that is what matters 😌
That is really cute.
He's a goofball
Buka has learned how ... to lay down on the floor then run right back to the couch and ... lay down where Buka wants to!
I should come up with a name for it. The Buka Circuit!

"I'm sitting, but im ready for action"
That's Buca!
What a beauty. What's the breeding?
He is a Silken Windhound which is a sighthound. They sort of look like a smaller Borzoi/Russian Wolfhound.
May I suggest calling it lounge. It’s somewhere between sitting and laying down.
It's a "down" isn't it?
Or something close to it. I know his puppies from his first litter never sit and always want to bow.
