We, in Romania, usually call this kind of bands as lăutari. Most of the components are from middle class, most of them are gypsies. They sing for diffrent ocasions like weddings or other parties . Cheers! :D

‘Constantine,Constantine ‘ is one of the songs, lots of this kind of artists use what we call ‘musical ear’ they have no musical/instrumental professional studies, it is a skill learned in the family from parents/grandparents to their kids so I doubt you will find an actual paper for you to practice it but is nice that you wish to learn👍
