tip for anyone whom is having issues with the sheet cliping though the bed, make sure you have "single sided" turned off for both colidrers, its under "Softbody & Cloth" (using blender 3.6)
I found this after i made the base for my bed, so when you shouted "NICE" after it beveled I thought that was so funny because i had the exact same reaction. Thanks for the video!
so great.. the cover corners were kicking my ass until I realized we need to add another subsurf after the simulation. I'm pleased with the result :) thanks!
Thanks for this great tutorial i learn a lot of youu man.. actually im searching for lightning tutorial but youtube recommend your video. Thank youuu❤️
I'm trying to incorporate 3d into 2d animation and I wondered if Blender had something like Photoshop's "Find Edges", so that I could convert a 3d image into line art. These are great lessons BTW.
quick question, my PC is very good, but when I tried to add the blanket and pressed play, everything else moved with it, and the blanket went straight through the bed, is there anything I could do to fix this? thx.
not sure if you will read this, but there is an easy way. you have to create the plane, but before the subdevidiones, you flip one side like he did in the tutorial with the upper side of the cover. My recommended tool for that is, the cutting tool. In edit mode press k and the cursor will be replaced with a knive. Select the upper place of the sheet and somwere in the middle of an edge at the side. then press enter to confirm your cut. You can flip, the opened side of the Cover by selecting the "loose" vertisie ant the corner and pulling it above your sheet. hope that helps. (i can retry, if its now well understandable, but my English is not so good.) I changed my profile picture so you can see now :)

the corners of the bedsheet are sticking out, what do I do
Awesome stuff! I can't believe you can model stuff by inflating them or using cloth simulation. It's crazy.
Hehe boi 😁
As a student, I really need this. Thanks!
Thanks. The trick with animating the cloth is very useful
Happy to help

Oh... so you're using brIdGE, As I sEE ! Good to see someone who uses other software than Polygon and other. You exist ! 😊
Yeah there are even more options than you might think
cant we just sculpt the mattress to make it look realistic ? my pc cant even run those simulations
Yes you can but simulating it is a bit easier, if you are sculpting then I would recommend using the cloth brush
@@bro-3d okay thanks!
Thank you
very helpful,thx a lot~~
Thanks a lot!
Boutta do this tomorrow
Yeah , you can do sofa day after tomorrow 😆
@@bro-3d for sure. I’m just trying to learn blender a little as a side hobby

good afternoon. Can I use resources from that site for commercial purposes without blaming the author? I know I'm completely insolent
Sorry , but I don't recommend using it for commercial purposes
i just come back to say thanks
I just replied to appreciate your hard work and learning
Thanks for the video, is there an easy way to manipulate and open the bed cover to show as if the bed was just used?

I don’t know why my plane sheet is just not coming properly it’s mixing with the mattress what should I do?
Increase the collision distance of the mattress
@@bro-3d how to do that I didn’t get you
thanks
The bevel for me is not working?
How to export the material to blender I just downloaded but it’s not visible in the material section
For that you have to download quixel bridge to export
Goo gooo goo
I don't know why but my bed inflated when I tried to create the bedsheet and the pillow
this helped but the pillow and the mattress keep inflating at the same time for me, any idea why?
Apply the cloth modifier
Thank you! im new to blender and this is really helping me
The fabric doesnt show up for me, I did all the steps you showed. What could I be doing wrong? The export button doesn't show up for me
why does my sheet keep going to the left
If you have tilted it very much then it will move in left or right direction. So simulate it from right side so that it will land perfectly.
Wonderful ı am subscirbe to channel
Thanks man
looks nice!
btw, what's the music in 0:30?

Hey how can i bring the texture downloaded in my file in blender and then apply it??
Add in an image texture node and open your desired image
I cant simulate single things, I can only simulate all things together. Please Help
If you want to simulate only single object then , remove the cloth modifiers from other objects to stop their simulations. That's the only way I know.
@@bro-3d ill try thanks
@@bro-3d but then the cloth effect is gone
Im stuck at clothing
I don't why but when I was simulating the cloth all animation where playing so helpme
