  • This is a high beginner/ low intermediate pole trick that that requires good fold flexibility and some upper body strength.
    From your Viva/Jasmine, put your free ankle (not the foot) on the pole. Then, grab the bar in front of the pole, below your hooked knee. When you feel confident, layback and open your chest. Exit properly by going back through your Viva.
