They would do the commentary in two parts. One live and then one after the fact when they can see hole cards. Even if they could hear, nothing is given away.

The interviews and the player biographies, so much TALKING and so very LITTLE actual card playing. Seriously, I know they don't broadcast all the hands but they could broadcast MORE hands and have LESS TALKING!
