Debt Confession & Credit Card Priority

Hello all this was a hard one to do!
This is my Debt confession - where I am to date with all my credit cards but also how i track them and work out what i owe on each and how to set a priority of paying them off. It also includes an example of by Debt pay down matrix on how i can forecast what my debt will look like if i only pay off the minimum or add extra to them, and a way i can work out from my salary what additional i can give to debt.
I hope its of use to people and if you are in debt don't feel ashamed it happens to the best of us and sometimes we have no idea how it has happened! Hopefully this may help.
