I had two Accounts... AR58 which i played since launch which I got the hostile Scara entrance. AR56 which I created during Dragonspine release, I had Scara introducing himself as a Fatui Harbinger. So this is true.
Interesting. I think I noticed something while playing, but have NO proof. As soon as Raiden's banner came out. I rolled for her and placed her as a companion in the teapot. I believe her name was "Raiden" and she didn't want to talk to me like other units do. But after completing the Archon quest.. I noted her name was Ei now, and she had the normal options for a friendship 1 unit.
I kind of confuse i think the 2nd one should be for those who didnt get to do that recoiling star event and the first one is for those who get to play it
The first you don't know who he is at all. Hence you just get annoyed at him The second is for those who have already met him before as paimon recognizes him Though he should also introduce himself in the first one - might be later on idk

So why mihoyo don't make the cutseen when people done 1.2 albedo quest Traveler will use the sword albedo give in cut scene And people who play after 1.2 will have traveler use dull blade in cut scene

I was a clueless newbie that didn't finish the 1.1 the event but i got the second cutscene. I only did up to fischl's introduction at the very start
