I mostly use the wrap assassin, soda popper, and the pocket pistol instead of the cleaver, so I can still have bleed damage but keep my secondary as anything BUT the cleaver. Also, Im pretty sure the ornament is AoE, so yeah. Edit: tenth.
Ornament is an AoE but a very small one. And the AoE does 1 damage and no bleed. Your primary use of it is to get a direct hit with it. No AoE on direct hits but a good burst damage combo with Guillotine.

I use the Flying Guillotine more for Combo extends. So its 4 shots, double soda pop, throw cleaver, Sandman throw hit. I've managed to combo down 2 people at once with it then run away from a Heavy just to flank him to death.
