The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is the premier late night talk show on CBS, airing at 11:35pm EST, streaming online via CBS All Access, and delivered to the International Space Station on a USB drive taped to a weather balloon. Liev Schreiber is low key hilarious.
I know some of people don't like him, but I really think he's a fantastic actor that deserves more recognition than he gets. He really does deserve the Emmy this year though!

I love this guy! I've always wondered why he never really took off as like a Tom Cruise level of fame. He is fantastic, and has been in so many great big and small films. I actually met him once when I was working at a shop in NYC, many years ago, and he had the cutest little dog, and I went to pet his dog and he said his name is chicken.
If he's not in Scientology, it's a clue as to one thing that's held him back. They really have a lot of power in the Hollywood game.
Their power is overrated. Outside of Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Beck most of their other celebrities are not exactly household names
There are maybe 5 spots for Tom Cruise level of fame. Its about a one in a billion chance for an actor to be that famous.

Eka Ndaru watch My Little Pony: the Movie, he voiced the villain and he was both insane and funny in that.
I met him once in Chelsea Manhattan, he was nice enough to hold the door of an Apple Store for me and said Hi!. Not much, I Know, but still says something about his character. Genuinely nice guy, something most people lack nowadays

Clicked really fast for this one!! I've enjoyed Liev as an actor forever, but what really blew my mind is how long he's been narrating documentaries! Like he narrated Raw Iron - the making of Pumping Iron... and recently the America in Color series for Smithsonian, just awesome!

I always thought his names was pronounced "leave"
He has a joke about that. He has to keep correcting people at auditions where they keep calling his name by saying, "Um... leave?" and he replies, "But I have this awesome monologue."
I think it's comes from slavic "Lev" so pronouncing "i" in [liev] should not be so prominent. More like this:

Such a huge fan. Every scene his reactions are spot on. He uses facial expressions sooo well. Very believable. Everyone on the show is excellent. John Voight Sandy Martin...sooo orginal. No weak link in this series.
That interview was so great I couldn't believe it was almost 10 minutes long. Liev Schreiber is a seriously underrated actor and is naturally funny. Great guy!

I don't care what anybody says about x-men origins. Nowadays I wouldn't rewatch it too but at the time it came out I thought it was alright. And Liev's Sabertooth was actually a really spot on performance. I would've loved to see him in Logan because yes origins had it's flaws like gambit and deadpool but it still shouldn't get the hate it gets today. Because of the negative criticism people don't even bother and therefore overlook a brilliant performance by Liev.
I loved him in Kate and Leopold.

Why is it OK to say "fart" and not be bleeped, but if you say the word that describes what often follows a fart - that word gets bleeped?
