Hey, please don't take this the wrong way, but I believe chess is much more than just simple opening traps or simple tricks. Just to state, engine finds a simple refutation to this whole Mikenas variation, and the position is already in white's favour. As a 2000 player myself, endgames are a must know in order to grind elo.
I'd be interesting to see some crash courses (like that alekhine one) in other, more positional, openings too :)
(And c'mon, this is the third video abt this french variant)
