Holy crap. Im in 6th year of medical school and just realized that i have this. Congenital bilateraly IV palsy. Its pretty hard to judge if i have a head tilt, but is there anything i can do to work against a worsening of facial asymmetry with age? Damn....can't believe i didnt know this about me.....
