What is the location of the Jelly Lady?
Found the Jelly lady @ Meyer's Market but no BP for that weapon showing.
Jelly Lady will become her true name! In the Second and Third town, I'm sure later ones too. She is hard to miss. In Meyer's Market, she'll be by the big building on the hill, roughly in the area T-man is, yet he is below and further away from the building.

The first discounted wish machine pull will get this to you in the launch, the build is a bit different now though.
Any update on this weapon at higher levels? Did you ever decide on a second weapon?
I did do an update. ruclips.net/video/X0W7XwdViwQ/видео.html I went with the lucky find of the AA12 power surge shotty. However, the M700 gulped lore I found on my alt character is FANTASTIC as a sniper/long range weapon. Hit's like a truck, and gives you range advantage instead of staying in close.

Is this still a good build?
The Outsider is still a great gun. Actually with better results, in a couple days I should post a video for it as well. It hit pretty darn hard. Most all elemental builds got a buff with weapon calibrations.

I did not get 12% power surge chance on that mod when buying it... RIP. Got reload speed.
Man, so all those are completely random. That's rough. I got lucky on both my mods then. Better keep my fingers crossed for next time.

Yes! The mods are way better than I thought. I want to update this guide later when I hopefully get different gear pieces to make it really strong. Like the mayfly goggles.
@@Xelray i wrote them off by their descriptions (mostly because they make no sense lol), this is good to know. guess i need to run the truck more to actually earn them now
Her mods can be earned late game just by farming too. It's an early game advantage only I feel.
@@Xelray I rolled all 4 of her mods, all of them sucked. I just got outer space (the surge MP7)… with a purple mod as my powerhouse haha
