I was also thinking of working out before iftar (because I really can’t after), but is it not dangerous to work out if you can’t hydrate?
I've been doing this for 2 years now. I'd say try to work out just before iftar, I typically set the table just before working out so that I can work out and by the time I'm done it's iftar time and I can drink water. Hope that helps !
