Thanks Lourdes. I'm trying to change my essence from one of an empath to one of a positive energy projector. As an empath I feel I adopt too much from the outside. Mam, I have a question: what's difference between helping others and taking other's burdens? I often take other's burdens because I remember the generous help from some people to me. I must admit that I am often gotten burdened & burnt due to taking other's burdens. Thank you 🙏

Hi I was wondering if you could do one for people that can't get over stuff from the past. Like losing all there belongings. Or one for losing a pet. Just curious. I'm having a hard time dealing with the loss of my dog. It's been over 9 years and I still stress about where he is. Also about a cat. That one has been gone for over 20 years.

@booitis I like your suggestion. I’m also having a hard time letting go of losses etc. Maybe your pets want to interact with you in the spirit world. I find that animal souls are often very ready to do so. I still sometimes dream of my cat who died over 10 years ago. Sometimes I also feel her presence around me. The same with another cat that was not mine but close to me. Maybe they want to stay in touch a bit and give their support. They might not be there physically but in some way they are with you. I’m sure they loved you a lot since you cared so much.
