Actually i understand but itna bhi English mtt boliye.. bilingual hona is too better blc those students who belongs to Hindi medium.. they are not understand completely what you say to suggest . And as a civil servant all people are equally treat. Also for the field of education .

It is totally understandable. But what about the upsc aspirants from southern part of India. Not everyone can understand Hindi madam. The way she is explaining in English is very simple and aspirants from any state can understand.
