I once had my two female teachers tell me it's against the dress code to not wear a bra. And I wasn't wearing a bra that day. And they told me that if I don't wear one my boobs are gonna sag and that "gravity will stop working" something like that. My mom was not happy with what they told me. It's not any of their business!!

In my middle school, so many girls were B cups and C cups while I was only an A, so I was mostly jealous and always comparing my breast size. In the middle of 8th grade I finally got ahold of myself and just stopped comparing myself to others, and I feel fine about myself again, finally.

I’m in middle school and my, button on my old uniform was popping because I’d had a massive growth spurt and the uniform shop wasn’t open. We were sitting in a room with a big window so it was really hot and I had to take my sweater off, when I did I saw boys staring and some of them even whispered and pointed. I Used to have enormous breasts which made shopping for bras and swimwear expensive so I got a breast reduction to also get rid of my pain and bad posture. I am much happier now

A plastic surgeon told me recently that breast reduction surgery is by far the most common procedure he is asked about. When you're a teenager, it might be hard to believe. But as you get older, boobs get bigger naturally and it can be really unpleasant. They're heavy; they point towards the floor; clothes don't fit so well; they bounce around; it's hard to find well-fitting bras. etc. etc.
The size of breasts really doesn't matter, because at the end of the day girls and women get made fun of for having big or small breasts. Katy Perry got made fun of in school for having large breasts, even though the media says large breasts are more attractive, and now she's idolized as a pop star. But what a lot of girls don't understand is the amount of back problems and pain that comes with having large breasts.

that's actually not true at all. Breast size is completely based on genetics. if u have small breasts, it's extremely likely that you'll be stuck like that.
One time I looked in the mirror and said to myself look how flat I am comparing to my friends who are tall and everything so I begged my mum to take me to the doctors to Check my ovaries just thinking they would give me something to develop faster and they didn’t I came home saying I know in worthless I knew I’m not even going to have my woman days and I still feel like that and I’m very stressed about it I have no idea what to do 😕

Wear a sports bra backwards! Maybe wear a couple.. just remember to take breaks! After school take them off and stretch for awhile, and drink water. You could put it back on after probably 20-60 minutes. An hour preferably. But only if youre just wearing it for a bit while out and about. And remember! Dont bind while you sleep!!
