Thaaank OBS made this setup possible. I fed two video sources into OBS, my phone as a camera and an instance of Embers. embers.app/ I used Iriun Webcam to connect my phone to my PC. iriun.com/ I find that there is some loss in video quality using Iriun compared to native phone video recording, but using Iriun will force the video to record at 30fps instead of 29.9fps if recording natively. In OBS, I used the StreamFXs plugins to move and transform the Embers screen to fit on top of my piano so that it would look like the notes were coming from my piano keys. It wasn't perfect and I wasn't able to figure out how to crop out the light effects below the glowing line in Embers. I was also unable to figure out how to remove the black background of the Embers app, so you can see a dark section. Good luck if you'd like to have a go!
